Pre-registration is $50.00 before May 19, 2026. Registration fee day-of Nationals is $60.00. Please right-click on the PDF below, save, print, fill out, and mail in to register.

Each Cushman Club Member registration includes:

1. Fee for 2 Scooters in the Judging Contest
2. A National Meet Pin
3. Admission, Riding Events and Game Privileges
