As with any successful club, there are certain members who always seem to be the driving forces behind its programs. The Cushman Club of America could not be the Club it is today without the time and effort of these individuals.
There is no way to mention everyone who had helped the Club in one way or another, but I feel that the people mentioned below have gone beyond what could have ever been expected for a member:

NOTICE: NAME BADGES WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL REGISTERED MEMBERS AND MUST BE WORN AT THE MEET TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES.
Registration desk will be open Sunday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm to pick up registration packets. The registration desk will be open other times subject to rides and events. Opening times will be posted at the registration desk. Please check bulletin board for last minute schedule changes for rides and bus trips. Upon arrival you will also be required to sign the release of liability form when picking up your registrion packet.
LIABILITY: In consideration for the rights to participate, participants and spectators (by execution of this form) Release and Discharge The Cushman Club of America, Inc., the City of
Sturgis, South Dakota, and the Sturgis Community Center and Armory, their officers, agents, directors, employees, workers, volunteers, representatives of and members at large from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant, spectator or passenger or his or her property. I furthermore understand that children under sixteen years of age are not permitted to participate in any activities involving their driving a motorized vehicle (Cushman or otherwise) in any CCOA function associated with this Meet except those with a current drivers license and children twelve years and older who ride in a Controlled Riding or Games Area with Parental or Guardian Supervision. In addition they must have a Release and Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement form signed by parents or guardian and by the minor with a witness to all signatures.
BEHAVIOR: The Cushman Club of America and its agents reserve the right to restrict participants and spectators to acceptable
behavior during all activities. Tire spinning, engine revving, rapping of exhaust, permitting unlicensed drivers to operate motor vehicles, failure to observe helmet laws, consumption of alcoholic beverages at any Meet function, or for other reason an entrant’s or vehicle’s appearance and/or conduct are deemed objectionable by Meet Coordinator and CCOA Board will be cause for ejection of entrant and vehicle from the premise. This includes persons, things, printed matter or any act or item of poor character for which Meet Coordinator and CCOA Board considers objectionable. Ejection causes loss of any refundable fees.
