The Meet will be held at the James Ward Agricultural Center in the Wilson County Fairgrounds.

James Lafever, the event organizer, will meet incoming campers and assist them in parking their camper, and will also take them to the office to pay the camping fees. Camping fees are paid to the fair grounds, not to the Cushman Club.

More information from James: The fairgrounds have 999 camp sites, electricity and water, no sewer. The Agricultural center has 4 dump sites, we also have a pump truck that comes by.

Lebanon has many hotels and motels, they range from $86 a night to $158
a night, none has taken on the host position.

In case anyone is interested, the fairgrounds there is hosting the Redneck Rumble the weekend before the CCOA Nationals, June 14th – 16th. THE REDNECK RUMBLE is the South’s biggest baddest hot rod, custom car and rat rod show, and swap meet.
