Pre-registration is $50.00 before May 19, 2026. Registration fee day-of Nationals is $60.00. Please right-click on the PDF below, save, print, fill out, and mail in to register.
Each Cushman Club Member registration includes:

- 10:00am – 5:00pm | Inside vendor set-up
- 1:00pm | Riders meeting in front of Round Building
- 1:30pm | Ride around Fort Fhantom Hill Lake & old fort site (slow ride, ~35mph, ~30 miles)
- 2:00pm – 4:00pm | Registration opens
- 6:00pm | Early-bird welcome in the Round Building
- 9:00pm | Scooter lock-up closes
Monday, June 15
- 7:00am | Scooter lock-up begins
- 8:00am | Registration and vendors open
- 9:00am | Parade, welcome, and group photo (exact time TBD)
- 1:00pm | Riders meeting in front of Round Building
- 1:30pm | Ride to lawn loop (~30-40mph, ~60 miles)
- 1:00pm – 3:00pm | Scooter school in Round Building
- 4:00pm – 5:00pm | Show scooter registration
- 5:00pm | Registration and vendor area close
- 9:00pm | Scooter lock-up closes
Tuesday, June 16
- 7:00am | Scooter lock-up begins
- 8:00am | Registration and vendors open
- 8:45am | Riders meeting in front of Round Building
- 9:00am | Ride to Sweetwater / WASP Museum (~100 miles round trip)
- Group 1 – 30-40mph
- Group 2 – 40-45mph (will leave about 30 minutes after Group 1)
- Lunch on your own
- Admission: $10 general, $8 veterans
- 2:00pm | Return ride leaves museum
- 1:00pm – 3:00pm | Scooter school
- 4:00pm – 5:00pm | Show scooter registration
- 5:00pm | Registration and vendor area close
